Marine Procurement Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a Marine Procurement Officer.

Main duties:

– Process and document vessel requisitions in an Oracle procurement system

– Purchase goods and services safely, on time and within budget

– Compare prices and delivery options and issue purchase orders

– Follow up confirmations and coordinate with vessels, agents and marine suppliers

– Resolve supply issues and support budget monitoring and invoice control

Requirements:

– University degree in any discipline

– Procurement experience is advantageous

– Confidence using IT and procurement systems

– Strong stakeholder communication skills

– Ability to manage competing deadlines and a high volume of tasks
