Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Manager.

Salary:

• € 1,700 – 2,000 / month

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Nicosia

Main duties:

• Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant.
• Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Maintain service standards and handle customer requests or complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Manage reservations, floor plans and table rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness, food-safety and workplace-hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock, inventories and orders.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and performance reviews.
• Monitor sales, operational reports and budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace policies, health requirements and labour obligations.

Requirements:

• Ability to lead a front-of-house team and maintain high customer-service standards.
• Strong organisation across reservations, staffing, stock and reporting.
• Sound judgement when resolving guest-service and operational issues.
• Professional communication and team-coordination skills.
• Understanding of restaurant hygiene, safety and labour-compliance requirements.
