MAINTENANCE at Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for the position of Technician at GrandResort Hotel Limassol.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Respond to and attend guest repair requests promptly.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs.
• Operate and maintain electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to understand requests and provide assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations.
• Ensure security of guest rooms and hotel property.
• Read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.
• Perform maintenance activities in guest rooms, including plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing hardware, electrical equipment, lamps, air conditioners/HVAC systems, and AC ducts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
