Loss Prevention Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Loss Prevention Officer.

Salary:

– €1,500–€1,600 per month.

Employment type:

– Full-time employment.

Work arrangement:

– On-site work in Larnaca.

Main duties:

– Patrol the property and secure rooms, restricted areas and access points.

– Carry out drills, hazard inspections, investigations, interviews and key-control audits.

– Monitor CCTV, alarms and access logs and respond appropriately to incidents.

– Coordinate emergency response, contact emergency medical services when required and provide first aid or CPR within training limits.

– Prepare accurate incident reports and protect confidential information.

– Address disturbances, hazards, complaints and unauthorised persons in accordance with procedure.

– Observe alcohol-law requirements, security codes, documentation and asset-protection procedures.

– Train, motivate and coach colleagues and act as an initial contact under the workplace’s fair-treatment process.

– Report maintenance concerns, safety incidents, injuries and required follow-up training.

– Maintain professional appearance, communication, teamwork and service-quality standards.

Requirements:

– Secondary-school diploma.

– Valid security licence.

– At least one to two years of experience in a comparable hotel security or loss-prevention role.

– Good command of English.

– Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
