Chief Operating Officer Location: Nicosia, Cyprus Join Our Leadership Team DANOS is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our senior leadership team in Nicosia.
This is a senior strategic role responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, driving business performance, and supporting the continued growth and development of DANOS across Cyprus.
Areas of Responsibility Business Operations & Performance Strategic Planning & Development Team Leadership & Management Business Development & Growth Financial & Commercial Performance Client & Stakeholder Relations Operational Efficiency & Processes Key Responsibilities Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and business performance Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company objectives Lead and support senior management and departmental teams Drive business development, growth, and new market opportunities Monitor financial performance, budgets, and commercial objectives Develop and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships Improve operational processes, efficiency, and organisational performance Identify opportunities for innovation, technology, and service improvement Support the Managing Director and leadership team on strategic decisions Ensure effective implementation of company policies, procedures, and standards Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience Academic qualification in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Management or related field Proven experience in senior management or leadership Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market Demonstrated business development and strategic planning experience Strong financial and commercial understanding Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills Fluent in Greek and English High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability Why DANOS?
