We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist (Global Freight Forwarding) to join our freight forwarding team, based at our Head Offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in international logistics, gain hands-on experience in coordinating shipments across global supply chains, and develop valuable industry expertise within a professional and collaborative environment.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating air and ocean freight shipments.
• Support the operations team in monitoring shipment progress and tracking updates.
• Update shipment information in internal systems.
• Communicate with customers and partners regarding shipment status when required.
• Assist the sales team with operational information for quotations.
• Help maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Liaise with agents, customs brokers, and vendors under the guidance of senior team members.
• Learn company procedures and industry practices through training and daily operations.
• Support the team in resolving shipment issues or delays.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
