IT Support & Systems Administrator 

Location: Limassol, Cyprus​

Salary: €1,800 – €2,800 gross per month, depending on experience​

About the Role 

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on IT Support & Systems Administrator to join 

a growing financial services business in Limassol. 

This is a practical IT role for someone who enjoys solving problems and getting involved. 

You will support employees with their day-to-day IT needs, troubleshoot technical issues, set 

up equipment, assist with networks and systems, and help keep the company’s IT 

environment running smoothly. 

We are open to both talented IT graduates and candidates with previous IT experience. 

Training and development will be provided based on experience level. 

Key Responsibilities 

∙Provide day-to-day IT support to employees 

∙Set up and maintain PCs, laptops, printers and other office equipment 

∙Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues 

∙Assist with network setup, maintenance and troubleshooting 

∙Manage user accounts, permissions and access 

∙Install and configure software and IT equipment 

∙Support the maintenance of internal systems and IT infrastructure 

∙Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and practically 

∙Assist with general IT and technology requirements across the business 

What We’re Looking For 

∙Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field preferred 

∙Talented graduates are encouraged to apply 

∙Previous IT Support or Systems Administration experience is advantageous but not 

essential 

∙Basic understanding of networking, hardware and operating systems 

∙Comfortable troubleshooting computers, printers and everyday IT issues 

∙Practical and hands-on approach to problem solving 

∙Energetic, proactive and willing to get involved 

∙Strong willingness to learn and develop 

∙Good communication and teamwork skills 

Package 

€1,800 – €2,800 gross per month, depending on experience and technical ability, plus 

performance bonus.
