Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Litigation Lawyer (9270).

Salary:

– €28,000–€41,000 per year.

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Nicosia

Main duties:

– Research and interpret legislation, regulations and legal precedents.

– Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals and other court documents.

– Represent clients in court and develop litigation strategies.

– Interview clients and witnesses and manage evidence and case files.

– Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation.

– Supervise junior legal staff when required.

Requirements:

– Law degree and membership of the Cyprus Bar Association.

– At least four years’ post-qualification litigation experience.

– Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.

– Proven courtroom, legal research, negotiation and case-management skills.

– Ability to manage several cases and deadlines simultaneously.
