In-House IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced In-House IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure , ensuring smooth operations for all employees and business systems.
Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows system.
Manage servers, workstations, and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Administer company email, cloud services, and other enterprise applications .
Monitor and maintain cybersecurity, including antivirus, firewalls, and backup systems.
Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades.
Document IT processes, procedures, and user guid e s .
Train employees on best IT practices and software usage.
