Senior IT Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior IT Officer.

Salary:

• €37,688–€37,689 per year

Employment type:

• Full-time, 24-month contract with possible renewal

Work arrangement:

• Hybrid

Main duties:

• Provide general IT support and maintain a professional, high-quality service for staff and research operations.
• Contribute to the design and development of appropriate IT solutions for the workplace.
• Diagnose technical issues, support information systems and help improve the reliability and usability of IT services.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and research units while documenting and communicating solutions clearly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• A relevant master’s degree, or a master’s degree in another discipline plus two additional years of relevant experience.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong service orientation, problem-solving skills, technical judgement and ability to work with varied users.
