Customer Support Representative at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Customer Support Representative.

Main duties:

• Support users and creators of an adult-content platform through chat and email, handling enquiries professionally and discreetly.
• Assist with registration, login, verification and profile issues.
• Resolve payment, billing, refund and transaction enquiries.
• Investigate basic technical, streaming and content-access issues.
• Support creators with account and platform questions.
• Escalate complex technical, payment, safety or compliance matters to the appropriate team.
• Follow privacy, age-verification, moderation and user-safety procedures.
• Carry out basic fraud and compliance checks and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Protect confidentiality and observe company policies and applicable rules when handling sensitive enquiries.

Requirements:

• Previous customer-service experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced adult-entertainment support environment.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• CRM experience, preferably Zendesk, is advantageous.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends.

Schedule:

• Rotating shifts: 08:00–16:00, 16:00–00:00 and 00:00–08:00.
• Weekend work is included.
