Human Resource Manager

Adams Beach Hotel ***** is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our management team in Ayia Napa, Cyprus. The successful candidate will oversee all HR functions and support the hotel’s commitment to excellence in hospitality, employee development, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Oversee employee relations and performance management
• Coordinate staff training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus labor laws and HR best practices
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and employee records
• Support department managers with staffing and workforce planning
• Promote a positive, professional, and productive work environment
• Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution professionally
• Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience, preferably in hospitality or hotel operations
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus labour legislation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
