HR & Payroll Administrator at Dart Recruitment

On behalf of our client, a well-established hotel group operating in the Larnaca and Ayia Napa areas, DART Recruitment is seeking to recruit an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team.

The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the Human Resources and Payroll departments, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of employee records, payroll processes, and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and working schedules
• Manage documentation related to new hires, resignations, and employee changes
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding procedures
• Prepare HR and payroll-related reports and documentation
• Monitor annual leave, sick leave, absences, and overtime
• Communicate with employees regarding HR and payroll-related matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment legislation
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
• Coordinate with hotel management and other departments when required

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in an HR, Payroll, or similar administrative role
• Previous experience within the hospitality or hotel industry will be considered a strong advantage
• Good understanding of payroll procedures and HR administration
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good command of Greek and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
