HR Administrator at All & More Hotels – Resorts Ltd

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator for All & More Hotels and Resorts in Ayia Napa. The successful candidate will be supporting daily HR and Payroll operations for AYA Resort and Hotel Napa Suites.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of job offers.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and assist with internal communication related to hiring activities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, property tours, and training schedules.
- Assist employees with accommodation and transportation arrangements to the properties, where applicable.
- Support in preparing employment contracts and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner.
- Participate in career fairs, university outreach initiatives, and hospitality‑industry networking events.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Cyprus employment legislation and company policies through the HRMS.
- Assist with payroll administration by collecting, verifying and processing attendance, annual leave, and sick leave data, including accurate data entry into payroll software.
- Support time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and leave management.
- Provide administrative support for HR reporting, filing, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR, Payroll, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
- Previous experience in HR and Payroll Administration, ideally within the hospitality industry, will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- HRIS and Ergani System experience is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during the summer season
- Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are an advantage.
- Applicants must hold EU nationality.

Salary: A competitive gross annual salary between €15,000 and €17,000 is offered, based on skills and experience.
