We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator for All & More Hotels and Resorts in Ayia Napa. The successful candidate will be supporting daily HR and Payroll operations for AYA Resort and Hotel Napa Suites.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of job offers.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and assist with internal communication related to hiring activities.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, property tours, and training schedules.
  • Assist employees with accommodation and transportation arrangements to the properties, where applicable.
  • Support in preparing employment contracts and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner.
  • Participate in career fairs, university outreach initiatives, and hospitality‑industry networking events.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Cyprus employment legislation and company policies through the HRMS.
  • Assist with payroll administration by collecting, verifying and processing attendance, annual leave, and sick leave data, including accurate data entry into payroll software.
  • Support time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and leave management.
  • Provide administrative support for HR reporting, filing, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR, Payroll, and operational teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR and Payroll Administration, ideally within the hospitality industry, will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • HRIS and Ergani System experience is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during the summer season
  • Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Applicants must hold EU nationality.
