Job Description

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our production line in the Alambra Industrial Area. The role involves managing a team of 8 employees and ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
• Manage and support a team of 8 operators
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures (e.g. ISO / GMP)
• Monitor production performance and resolve issues
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the production area
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams for process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role will be considered an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English (Greek is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 13485)
