On behalf of our client —an international lifestyle hotel brand bringing design-led luxury, vibrant culture, and a fresh approach to hospitality in Athens— we are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Floor Supervisor to join their Housekeeping team.
In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership to elevate guest experiences, ensure flawless presentation, and empower a high-performing housekeeping team.
Core Responsibilities Support the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily operations across guest rooms and public spaces to maintain maximum cleanliness and repair status.
Conduct meticulous inspections of rooms (departures and stayovers) and communal areas to ensure all spaces conform to the brand’s premium standards.
Maintain clear, efficient communication with the Front Desk and Engineering teams for seamless room turnover and prompt maintenance reporting.
Address guest concerns and feedback directly with care and efficiency, proposing continuous improvements to enhance both operational flow and the guest stay.
Ensure all housekeeping team members have the appropriate resources, equipment, and support needed to carry out their work effectively.
