Main duties:

• Oversee daily store operations and deliver consistently strong customer service.
• Manage sales, payroll and operating-cost budgets and act on performance information.
• Recruit, train and schedule the team and maintain merchandising and brand standards.

Requirements:

• Previous retail-management experience.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, rosters and store performance.

Schedule:

• Full-time, indefinite contract.
