Job Description:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth, elegance, and professionalism,

ensuring an exceptional first impression of the venue.

• Manage guest seating arrangements, reservations, and table allocations to

ensure smooth and efficient service flow.

• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with the service team to ensure

seamless dining operations.

• Build strong guest relationships by providing personalised attention and

recognising guest preferences and special occasions.

• Support the service team by anticipating guest needs and contributing to an

elevated dining experience.

• Ensure that the reception area and restaurant entrance remain clean, organised,

and presentable at all times.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, special requests, and group bookings with

accuracy and attention to detail.

• Handle guest enquiries regarding menus, services, and events in a courteous

and professional manner.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly escalate any concerns or complaints to

management when necessary.

• Contribute to maintaining a refined, welcoming, and luxury hospitality
