• Provide IT support and technical consultation.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and system issues.
• Assist users and internal teams with technical requests.

Requirements:

• Strong IT support background.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication with users and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
