Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Manager.

Salary:

• €2,300–€2,800 monthly

Work arrangement:

• Airport-based operational role in Larnaca

Main duties:

• Lead HSQE programmes and management systems across airport ground-handling operations.
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus law, airport requirements, EASA rules and company procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, audits and incident investigations and close corrective actions.
• Monitor HSQE indicators and report performance to senior management.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, waste and sustainability initiatives.
• Deliver training and work with operational teams, authorities, airlines, contractors and regulators.

Requirements:

• Degree or recognised qualification in Health and Safety, Quality, Environmental Management, Aviation, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of relevant HSQE experience, preferably in aviation, transport, logistics or another safety-critical setting.
• Strong knowledge of safety law, risk management, investigations and audit processes.
• Experience developing and implementing management systems, policies and procedures.
• Excellent Greek and English, leadership, analysis and stakeholder communication.
• SMS, ISO 9001/14001/45001, auditor, NEBOSH or IOSH experience is advantageous.
