Group Compliance Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Group Compliance Officer.

Salary:

– €40,000–€45,000 gross per year

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Lead governance, compliance, quality, health and safety, and environmental frameworks across a diversified group.

– Develop management systems, controls and assurance processes and coordinate internal reviews.

– Promote a strong compliance culture through guidance and staff training.

– Track risks, corrective actions and regulatory obligations across construction, hospitality and property operations.

Requirements:

– Degree in Environmental Management, Health and Safety, Quality, Law, Engineering or a related discipline.

– At least five years in compliance, governance, internal audit, risk or a regulatory role.

– Strong organisational, analytical, communication and report-writing skills.

– ISO 9001/14001/45001 lead-auditor, NEBOSH or IOSH, ESG and internal-audit experience are advantageous.
