Hi! We are Space307, a full-cycle international fintech company. Our team includes 280+ professionals in development and marketing.

We’re currently looking for a Financial Analyst’a based in Cyprus or open to relocation to Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and investment decision-making.
• Analyze financial and operational data to deliver insights into revenue drivers, unit economics, and customer behavior.
• Calculate key business case metrics (e.g. ROI, IRR, payback period, breakeven) to evaluate strategic initiatives and project efficiency.
• Prepare clear, structured reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly management reporting.
• Monitor and interpret business and financial KPIs, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and BI teams to assess the financial impact of new features and growth initiatives.
• Support leadership in strategic planning through scenario modeling and actionable financial insights.
• Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering, consolidating, and analyzing key data.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial/investment analysis, or corporate finance.
• Preferably experienced in tech-enabled financial services, digital transactions, or investment-related environments.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience with financial and performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, TPV, conversion rates, contribution margin).
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies.
• Comfortable working with large databases and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude, Qlik).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
