Financial Controller at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Financial Controller.

Salary:

– €35,000 – €40,000 yearly

Employment type:

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Maintain complete accounting records and prepare weekly and monthly management reports.

– Handle tax and VAT filings, payroll, statutory returns and financial-regulatory compliance.

– Prepare and monitor consolidated budgets and financial forecasts.

– Control cash flow, costs, internal controls and finance procedures, improving them where required.

– Liaise with auditors, banks, vendors, clients and other external parties.

– Support the managing director with ad hoc financial projects.

Requirements:

– UK-qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or AIA.

– Three to five years of experience in a comparable role.

– Working knowledge of Cyprus tax and VAT.

– Strong CaseWare, Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

– Fluency in Greek and English.

– Strong organisation, communication and teamwork, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
