Main duties:

– Assess client facility needs.

– Create asset registers and maintenance plans for multiple sites.

– Monitor supplier schedules, execution and quality.

– Use specialist systems to track and communicate asset status.

– Prepare budgets and approve supplier payments.

– Support business development and manage client and supplier stakeholders.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

– At least five years’ facilities or property-management experience.

– Understanding of project-management principles.

– Strong organisation and time-management skills.

– Excellent Greek and English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

– Proactive and professional approach.
