Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Demi Chef De Partie.

Salary:

• € 1,800 – 2,100 / month

Work arrangement:

• On-site in Nicosia

Main duties:

• Maintain the required culinary and food-and-beverage standards across the assigned outlets.
• Complete daily duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Chef in charge.
• Guide, motivate and train cooks at different levels, trainees and stewarding staff.
• Apply health, safety, grooming and personal-hygiene standards.
• Follow applicable legislation, workplace rules and professional ethical standards.
• Carry out other relevant kitchen duties when required.

Requirements:

• At least three years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel.
• Culinary or hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Good command of English; Greek or another language is an advantage.
• Pleasant, honest and friendly manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Commitment to quality, creativity and productivity.
• Empathy, teamwork and willingness to learn.
