Restaurant Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Restaurant Manager.

Salary:

– €1,700–€2,400 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Nicosia

Main duties:

– Run daily front-of-house operations and maintain consistent service and guest-experience standards.

– Plan schedules, train staff and manage performance while coordinating closely with the kitchen.

– Control labour cost, food cost and wastage against agreed targets.

– Oversee stock ordering, supplier relationships and inventory control.

– Handle guest issues and reviews and report sales performance against KPIs.

– Enforce hygiene, health-and-safety, licensing and operating procedures.

Requirements:

– Previous restaurant-management or senior front-of-house experience.

– Strong leadership, scheduling, training and customer-service skills.

– Commercial awareness with the ability to manage costs, stock and sales targets.

– Calm problem-solving, accountability and consistent attention to service standards.
