Salary: €1,500–1,800 per month

What will you be doing?

– Serve as an effective bridge between the company and its clients

– Handle requests for assistance with the utmost professionalism, in line with company guidelines

– Balance customer interests with company requirements at all times

– Communicate with clients clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally

– Ensure compliance with Cyprus and global regulations

– Represent the company and its products at the highest level, delivering a truly exceptional “WOW” service experience

Requirements:

– This is a shift-based position, requiring flexibility to work shifts and weekends (5 working days per week)

– Excellent command of Spanish and English

– Basic understanding of financial markets

– Previous experience in customer service

– Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

– Excellent interpersonal skills

– Highly motivated to succeed and contribute to the team
