Corporate Operations Manager for Private Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at PVR GROUP

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Greek management team as Corporate Operations Manager for a private hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

–     Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field is required. Master’s degree and/or dual degree in both medical and administration fields will be highly preferred.

–     Deep knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

–     Excellent English language skills.

Professional Experience:

–     At least 10 years of experience in hospital administration, including 5 years in senior executive roles.

–     Experience overseeing the entire organization’s operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.

–     In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, patient care, healthcare policy, and regulations.

–     Experience with managing a profit and loss (P&L) statement for a large organization, including financial accountability and cost management.

–     Familiarity with working with boards of directors, advisory committees, or similar governance structures.

–     Strong strategic thinking and operational expertise.

–     A passion for enhancing patient care and operational excellence.

–     Commitment to fostering innovation and team collaboration.

Contract Terms:

–     2-year contract with possibility to extend.
