Compliance Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Compliance Officer.

**Salary:**

– €1,500–2,000 per month

**Employment type:**

– Full-time

**Work arrangement:**

– On-site in Nicosia

**Main duties:**

– Monitor compliance with AML/CFT laws, regulatory directives and internal policies.

– Design and assess controls, identify weaknesses and recommend corrective measures.

– Evaluate information and prepare required reports for MOKAS, ICPAC and the Board.

– Review KYC files, assess client risk and recommend acceptance or rejection.

– Ensure periodic reviews for high-, medium- and low-risk clients and keep due-diligence records current.

– Advise departments and authorities, maintain professional development and promote an ethical compliance culture.

**Requirements:**

– Degree in Law, Business or a related field and an AML certification.

– At least five years of relevant experience.

– Strong Company Law, AML, KYC, transaction-review and GDPR knowledge.

– Excellent Greek and English and Microsoft Office proficiency.

– High ethical standards, accuracy, organisation, communication, teamwork, initiative and resilience under pressure.
