Senior Legal Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Senior Legal Officer.

Salary:

– €24,000–€30,000 per year.

Employment type:

– Full-time, permanent

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Nicosia

Main duties:

– Draft, review and negotiate commercial and property-related agreements.

– Conduct due diligence on property transactions and corporate entities.

– Review title deeds, permits, tenancy agreements and related documents.

– Advise internal asset-management, property and operations teams.

– Support acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and portfolio transactions.

– Monitor regulatory developments and manage legal risks and disputes.

Requirements:

– Law degree from a recognised university.

– At least three years’ relevant legal experience.

– Strong knowledge of Cyprus property, contract and corporate law.

– Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills.

– Excellent Greek and English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

– Real-estate, banking, insolvency or commercial-law experience is advantageous.
