Main duties:

– Monitor client calls and communications for conduct or regulatory breaches.

– Coordinate remedial actions, training and escalation of findings.

– Review marketing communications, complaints, policies and regulatory reports.

Requirements:

– Relevant degree and at least two years in compliance, AML, KYC, risk or call monitoring.

– Knowledge of CySEC, MiFID and AML requirements.

– Strong English and spreadsheet skills; CySEC certification is an advantage.

Schedule:

– Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 with a one-hour break.
