Client Accounting Manager at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Client Accounting Manager.

Salary:

• €45,000–€60,000 per year.

Employment type:

• Full-time.

Work arrangement:

• On-site.

Main duties:

• Lead the accounting and bookkeeping team and oversee a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for accounting, reporting and compliance queries.
• Review bookkeeping records, reconciliations and management accounts.
• Oversee IFRS financial statements and supervise VAT, tax, VIES, OSS and other statutory obligations.
• Coordinate with public authorities and regulators.
• Coach and evaluate accounting staff and monitor workloads, budgets and deadlines.
• Improve processes and controls and ensure quality and risk procedures are followed.
• Advise clients on budgets, cash flow and financial analysis.
• Help prepare client proposals and support business development.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least five years of relevant accounting experience, including at least two years in supervision or management.
• Experience leading an accounting team and managing a client portfolio.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel.
• Experience with Cycom, E-Soft, SAP, Navision, CaseWare or similar systems.
• Familiarity with government portals and electronic filing.
• Strong leadership, client management, communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Professionalism, discretion and integrity.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00.
• Friday, 08:00–14:00.
• Flexible working hours.
