We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Cashier to join our takeaway restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
– Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
– Receive and process customer orders accurately.
– Handle cash, card payments, and operate the POS system.
– Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
– Manage takeaway, collection, and delivery orders.
– Keep the cashier and front counter area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
– Answer customer enquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
– Ensure a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable customer experience throughout every shift.
