Main duties:

• Lead bar operations, service standards and guest-complaint resolution.
• Prepare staff schedules, delegate work and support training and performance.
• Control supplies, targets, hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Hospitality qualification and fluent English; Greek is an advantage.
• Computer literacy and strong team-leadership skills.
