Salary:

– €1,800–€2,300 per month

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Coordinate daily bar and restaurant operations staffing cleanliness and service quality

– Apply health safety hygiene and quality standards

– Improve guest satisfaction handle complaints and protect outlet reputation

– Support revenue growth through upselling cost control and team leadership

Requirements:

– Hospitality-management diploma or degree is preferred

– At least three years in a similar supervisory role

– Strong HACCP health safety and hygiene knowledge

– Excellent Greek and English with hands-on leadership skills
