Banking Operations Officer at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Banking Operations Officer.

Salary:

– €28,000–€30,800 gross per year

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site in Limassol

Main duties:

– Process daily payments, transfers, deposits, withdrawals and remittances.

– Reconcile nostro and internal accounts and monitor money flows across correspondent banks.

– Prepare manual outgoing SWIFT messages and handle queries from correspondent institutions.

– Generate foreign-exchange deals, interbank placements and daily currency rates in the core system.

– Open and renew fixed deposits and maintain accurate operational registries and files.

Requirements:

– Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.

– Two to four years of banking-operations or back-office experience.

– Practical knowledge of core banking systems, SWIFT, AML/KYC requirements and banking regulations.

– Strong Excel, reporting, administration and client-service skills.

– Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.

Schedule:

– Monday to Friday, 08:00–15:30.
