Assistant Store Manager – Larnaca at UMAMI Sushi and Pan Asian

At UMAMI Sushi & Pan Asian, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences to every guest. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Metropolis Mall, Larnaca store, supporting the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Your Role

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation
• Supervise and motivate team members during shifts
• Assist in staff scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational performance
• Support cost control and help achieve business targets
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and labour laws
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance follow-ups
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Support administrative tasks and reporting as required

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of management experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluency in Greek is essential; good command of English required
• Customer-focused with a hands-on and proactive approach
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Cyprus health & safety, food hygiene, and labor laws
