Assistant Store Manager at Dart Recruitment

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of a well established and rapidly growing restaurant group for its restaurant in Polemidia, Limassol.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional looking to take the next step in their management career. The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team performance, and smooth day to day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in the daily management of the restaurant and achievement of operational targets

• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, service, and guest experience

• Assist in monitoring restaurant KPIs and implementing improvement initiatives

• Lead, coach, motivate, and support team members in their daily duties

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training activities

• Support workforce planning and ensure adequate staffing levels

• Assist with stock control, inventory management, ordering processes, and stock counts

• Monitor daily sales performance, cash handling procedures, and operational controls

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, food hygiene regulations, and Cyprus employment legislation

• Handle guest complaints professionally and support service recovery initiatives

• Step into the Store Manager role during periods of absence when required

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience within restaurants, hospitality, QSR, fast casual dining, or similar high volume operations

• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leader, or assistant management position

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent customer service orientation

• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities

• Understanding of labour management, scheduling, and operational controls

• Good knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operational procedures

• Fluent in Greek and English
