Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Assistant Store Manager.

Salary:

– €1,350–1,500 monthly.

– Performance-related salary increases and bonuses.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site in a sports-fashion retail store.

Main duties:

– Help lead all day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

– Maintain a high standard of customer service and develop lasting client relationships.

– Support clienteling initiatives and events that strengthen customer loyalty.

– Train, mentor and motivate team members and provide constructive feedback.

– Coach by example to deliver a consistently strong guest experience.

– Maintain a safe and healthy workplace and ensure the team understands products, policies and procedures.

– Help attract and recruit suitable retail talent.

– Monitor productivity and key performance indicators.

– Plan staffing and resources to optimise schedules.

– Collaborate with marketing, visual-merchandising and commercial teams to improve retention.

Requirements:

– University degree or equivalent qualification.

– Two to three years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.

– Excellent English and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

– Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.

– Numerical and analytical ability to monitor KPIs.

– Leadership ability, commercial awareness and customer-service orientation.

– Understanding of basic business-management processes.

– Passion for sports and fashion and willingness to learn.
