Area Store Supervisor at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Area Store Supervisor.

Salary:

• €1,700–€1,850 per month.

Employment type:

• Full-time

Work arrangement:

• On-site across two assigned retail stores in Nicosia.

Main duties:

• Oversee daily operations across two assigned stores.
• Conduct store visits to review operational efficiency, presentation and compliance with procedures and standards.
• Train, supervise and motivate store managers and sales teams to achieve service and sales targets.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, returns and transfers between stores.
• Oversee cash handling, till reconciliation, bank deposits and daily financial reporting.
• Prepare weekly and daily work plans and administer staff schedules in line with legislation.
• Report to the Brand Manager.

Requirements:

• At least two years of supervisory experience in retail.
• University degree or college diploma is an advantage.
• Excellent Greek and English.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Leadership, management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand sales reports and maintain a strong sales focus.
• Energetic, motivated and cooperative team approach.

Schedule:

• Five working days per week.
