Position : Food & Beverage Manager Job Type : Full time, all year-round contract Location : Corfu, Greece The Role As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the operational aspects of all F&B outlets, ensuring that service delivery meets the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Director of Gastronomy, this role is focused on hands-on management of daily operations, team leadership, and ensuring the seamless execution of service across multiple outlets.
What You’ll Do : Oversee daily service operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring adherence to luxury standards and seamless coordination with the culinary team Participate in daily operational meetings and cross-departmental discussions to align on resort objectives and resolve potential bottlenecks Ensures SOP implementation in F&B department Ensure guest feedback is collected, analyzed, and used to enhance the overall service experience Drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that service delivery exceeds guest expectations Lead the F&B service team, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and motivation Act as a mentor for team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance Actively participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members Discover Your Potential With Us At Angsana Corfu, every role has the opportunity to make an impact.
