Area Sales Manager — Larnaca at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Area Sales Manager.

Salary:

– €2,200–2,800 monthly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– Hybrid, with responsibility for the Larnaca area.

Main duties:

– Develop sales and achieve targets within the assigned area.

– Win new clients and projects through cold calling, networking and field visits.

– Build B2B relationships with developers, contractors, architects and retailers.

– Present tile, sanitary-ware and related building products.

– Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and follow opportunities through to closing.

– Manage existing accounts and generate repeat business.

– Maintain customer and opportunity data in the CRM system.

– Monitor the market and prepare regular sales reports.

Requirements:

– At least 5 years of B2B sales or business-development experience.

– Experience with tiles, sanitary ware, building materials or construction products is preferred.

– Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

– Ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and close deals.

– Target-driven, organised and able to work independently.

– Good Greek and English.

– Valid driving licence.
