Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for a Sales Executive for a high-rise property portfolio.

Main duties:

– Meet prospective buyers and identify their property requirements

– Prepare offers and coordinate documentation, payments and closing steps

– Organise property inspections and viewings

– Maintain CRM records and sales reports

– Monitor market activity and follow up with clients

– Support advertising and property-listing activities

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of Cyprus real-estate or comparable sales experience

– Excellent English; Russian or German is an advantage

– Good command of Microsoft Office

– CRM or Salesforce experience is advantageous

– Existing relationships with property agents are valued
