Architect at the JOB HOUSE

The licensed recruitment agency the JOB HOUSE Ltd (Licence No. 577), on behalf of its client in Nicosia, is seeking an Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Survey existing buildings and prepare drawings documenting their current layout and dimensions
• Develop architectural concepts, space plans and layouts according to project needs and specifications
• Prepare detailed architectural and construction drawings, including drawing packages for permit applications
• Create 3D visualisations and presentations
• Select materials and finishes, and source, compare and manage quotations
• Coordinate with the team and external collaborators, monitor project progress and ensure consistency between the approved design and its implementation

Requirements

• University degree in Architecture.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling/rendering software, such as Rhinoceros, SketchUp or Lumion
• Previous experience in an architectural office will be considered an advantage.
• Creativity, strong design judgement and attention to detail
• Good organisational, communication and teamwork skills
• ETEK registration and a valid licence to practise as an Architect
