HVOKE ARCHITECTS L.L.C. is seeking to hire a full-time Architect to join its team.

Candidate Requirements

Registered with ETEK.
Degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.
3–5 or 5–7 years of professional experience in an architectural practice.
Excellent knowledge of both Greek and English.
Very good knowledge of 2D and 3D design software.
Good knowledge of planning regulations.
Good understanding of architectural design, construction methods, and technical detailing.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Creative, organised and responsible.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Develop projects from initial concept through to final construction drawings and technical details.
Prepare drawings and present design ideas.
Develop and coordinate 2D and 3D drawings.
Apply relevant planning, building and construction regulations.
Prepare presentations and visual material for projects.
Prepare documentation and drawings for planning and building permit applications.
Collaborate with other engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Assist with the development and coordination of projects throughout the design and construction process.
Participate in site visits and project supervision, where required.
