Architect – Real Estate Development

Limassol, Cyprus 

The Opportunity

An established and expanding real estate development group in Limassol is seeking an experienced Architect to join its in-house development team. The role will take ownership of design coordination across premium residential and mixed-use schemes, working from early-stage concept through technical development and on-site delivery.

This position is well suited to an architect who combines strong design judgement with practical knowledge of consultant coordination, construction detailing and the Cyprus planning environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Coordinate the architectural development of new residential and mixed-use projects from concept through delivery.

·      Review designs and technical packages produced by external architectural practices, providing clear direction and quality control.

·      Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP information to identify clashes and ensure a fully integrated design.

·      Work closely with development, engineering, construction teams, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Carry out site reviews to ensure construction execution remains consistent with approved drawings, specifications and the intended design quality.

·      Support the progression of projects through local planning, permitting and building approval processes.

·      Maintain consistency in design quality, functionality, material selection and overall project positioning across multiple developments.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Registration in Cyprus is advantageous.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience, ideally involving high-quality residential or mixed-use developments.

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit or ArchiCAD, with the ability to review and coordinate detailed architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

Local Expertise: Good understanding of Cyprus planning requirements, building regulations and approval procedures.

Approach: Commercially aware, organised and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage several projects and stakeholders at the same time.

Languages: Fluency in Greek and English is required.
