Architect at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Architect.

Salary:

– €1,500–€2,500 gross per month

Employment type:

– Full-time

Work arrangement:

– On-site

Main duties:

– Develop projects from concept through detailed and construction design.

– Prepare drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details and permit documents.

– Coordinate structural and building-services consultants, clients, contractors and authorities.

– Support tenders and ensure compliance with Cyprus planning and construction requirements.

Requirements:

– Degree in Architecture and strong AutoCAD skills.

– Good knowledge of planning, construction methods and materials.

– Photoshop and Revit or BIM experience are advantageous.

– Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
