Architect at Alpha.Jobs

Alpha.jobs, on behalf of its client and in cooperation with a licensed employment agency with license number 547, is looking for Architect.

Salary:

– €1,300–1,700 monthly.

Employment type:

– Full-time.

Work arrangement:

– On-site.

Main duties:

– Work in a multidisciplinary design team under the guidance of the project manager.

– Develop approved layouts into complete architectural and construction-detail packages.

– Prepare planning-application drawing packages.

– Coordinate structural and mechanical-and-electrical design studies and building-permit submissions.

– Consolidate consultant drawings into coordinated project information.

– Produce detailed construction drawings.

– Participate in the supervision of construction work.

Requirements:

– University degree in Architecture.

– At least three years of professional experience in a design office.

– Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.

– Essential proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Revit.

– Strong Microsoft Office, internet and Outlook skills.

– Knowledge of SketchUp is highly desirable; other BIM or 3D software is an advantage.

– Creativity, accuracy and ability to collaborate with architects, landscape architects and engineers.
