Main duties:

– Prepare planning and building-permit documentation.

– Coordinate architectural work with structural and building-services consultants.

– Review technical submissions and support site inspections and issue resolution.

Requirements:

– Architect registered with ETEK and holding a valid practising licence.

– Knowledge of Cyprus planning and building requirements.

– Ability to coordinate design and construction documentation.
