Work arrangement:

• Hybrid

Main duties:

• Provide technical and software support, manage tickets and deliver user training and documentation.
• Perform system checks and updates, collect feedback and maintain ISO-related records.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, Oracle, SQL or JavaScript and strong problem-solving and organisation.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday 07:30–15:30 and Friday until 14:30.
